As a busy working professional with a family myself, I understand the frustrations most of us face with wanting to get in shape but struggling with finding the time and being overwhelmed with all the fitness misinformation out there. That's where Strength Intelligence comes in - training and nutrition simplified so it enhances your life rather than interfering with it.

After previously competing in Powerlifting, I saw myself as strong but not particularly fit or even healthy. That's when the idea of 'transforming' was born - I could still be very strong but now leaner, more muscular, better conditioned, and ultimately more healthy.
I knew my life would look a lot different in a few years (marriage, children, etc), so the drive to remain in good shape came from that; to be that role model for my family.
With my coaching, I focus on the following:

I focus on quality over quantity - concise but efficient workouts, and minimalistic but coherent nutrition solutions. Less really is more.
60 minute sessions, 3-4 times a week. That's it! Most of us don't need to be in the gym any longer, so I place a focus on workout efficiency so we can dedicate more time to sensible nutrition and recovery, keeping us feeling and looking our best!
